Family atmosphere. Exposure to new market WITH NEW trendy industrial products . Helped in building relationships with the entire M.P industrial wing.

Dislikes

Salary and other packages are at minimum. no increments . Lack of appreciation ./ motivation by owners. Failed to retain quality wirkforce . nO SAFETY SECURITY FOR SALES EMPLOYEES.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
