As all the other companies, ATS also got hit by Covid 19. Campany has to lay off staff. The recruitment vErtical is doing good, but the Training &Development wing is about to get closed and few employees are laid off due to this effect.

Dislikes

it should not have laid off its employees during these tough times

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
