Even though like this situation ( covid 19 ) More companies are reduce the salary as well as employees also but asian paints announced the increment & job security gave as salary for helping employees, as well as helping dealers & painter's also

Some of employees got job in Asian paints within one year due to they work as EC or ECA in big stores like AP homes or master storkes some like that some are working as same position in small stores for 3 to 4 yrs but they didn't got opportunity to enter Asian paints so pls gave them also a chance it's my humble request sir

Dislikes

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Dislikes

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
