They not hire employee directly , from third party always they hire from campus very good talent are there in third party role were Asian paints ltd looks on production and third party takes all maintenance and utilities work.please wants to look to talent whether it's third party or contract.

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joiners .

Dislikes

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.
