The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Asian paint enough for a fantastic dining experience.”

Salary is not as per market standards. Promotions are up to your boss not on your capabilities, skills and performance. Work life balance is not there you have to be available 24X7 Late seating culture in company. No matter how long does you stay in night if you are late than five minutes in morning you have to mark your leaves

current extended working hours and unnecessary pressure. most of the Saturday half still having to work till 7 days. no compensation benefit for extra hour worked

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
