There’s alot of perks and the salary is good Work is actually good. But get’s pretty hectic The job is very respectful and the work is actually good for personal growth.

Dislikes

Requires 24*7 involvement even on weekends They’re very vague with management trainees hired through MBA colleges. No clear process of getting MTs posted for their designated roles. Over hiring results in people being left behind every year who they do not confirm and stall even after 1 year of not assigning the actual job role and use reviews as an excuse to justify that The reviews are very extensive and are purely based on how much information you can cram with no defined KPI’s to measure your performance. After confirmation, there is zero work life balance

Once upon a time (5 years back), this company was dream of everyone..very good culture, employee care, average increament, good work life balance, respect to people but now the days are over. Now no respect to people. They will pay you high and then behave like you need to be available for 24 hours..earlier promotion was assesment base, now any one who is liked by Boss will get promotion.. company has destroyed the culture..

.... No care about old employee who genuinely gave their life for company growth 7. Suggestion for fresher: don't just fall in salary package..give suggestions from your immediate seniors. Don't overexpect from company 8. Work life balance totally gone 9. Meeting is just for pressurizing people 10. No hard feeling for company ..love this company but now the culture has totally diminished 11. If you have ability to say ha me ha to to your boss, join this company without hesitation.you will grow 12. Respect for science and talent has been gone now 13. God save the culture of company.. 14. Looks process oriented on paper, actually people oriented 15. Culture is shifting from multinational company to Lala type company 16. ...aints one of the corporate company, and Asian paint big name in paints sector. 1) product quantity, brand name, Package, advertising, price, promotion, distribution this point important to take decision of this points.

In the Asian paints working style is so more different but compared to other company.and working hours to more in day and higher management got a more mental torcher this points i aboserd by work experience.

Even though like this situation ( covid 19 ) More companies are reduce the salary as well as employees also but asian paints announced the increment & job security gave as salary for helping employees, as well as helping dealers & painter's also

Some of employees got job in Asian paints within one year due to they work as EC or ECA in big stores like AP homes or master storkes some like that some are working as same position in small stores for 3 to 4 yrs but they didn't got opportunity to enter Asian paints so pls gave them also a chance it's my humble request sir

Timings off Company upto 12:30 This Job was like telecom centre Their is no limit to work here So no respect from top management
