The only good thing about working in Asian Paints is that they have very good salary structure and reimbursements are on time. They are supporting there employees in Covid19 by allowing their employees to work from home. They also arrange a help line no in case employees need any kind of help

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero if you only want to earn money by neglecting your family Asian Paints is a place to work. Saturdays are half day but in depot they make you work whole day. They you join the company there is this 6month provision period but they leave you on your own from the day one. Overload you with the work. Asking your min. 12 hours for the company. This is a condition in some of the offices or depot s otherwise company's divisional offices and Head offices is a excellent place to work

Likes

The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

in covid time company stand with employee, dont cut any single amount from salary so that point i like about working in asian paints

company not promote ground level employee who working with asian paints in 4-5year. this is not good sign for company growth because another company come & hire asian paints employee at good position so thats why AP loose there employee & market share.

The regular office politics which is part of every work culture. Not many points which i dislike about APL. it's an awesome workplace.
