Salary will always on time and apart from salary good travelling and hotel allowance on tour. Work culture is target and data driven. It is working on preset model of process.

Entire HR team is a waste of space and money. Most of the HR administration processes are outsourced to external vendors and all other segment of HR perform their duties mechanically. There is no term as HR best practices and Employee Welfare. Culture has drastically degraded since last few years. Most of the projects are top driven with the working philosophy of the project being forced upon by external "Performance Enhancement" Vendor. Commonized Methodology has taken precedence over Individuality in working styles. Entire middle management is facing dilemma of whether to focus on Individual Leadership style or follow puppetry orders from the top hierarchy.
