They not hire employee directly , from third party always they hire from campus very good talent are there in third party role were Asian paints ltd looks on production and third party takes all maintenance and utilities work.please wants to look to talent whether it's third party or contract.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No one will provide you training, you have to learn by yourself by watching your seniors and they will never help you, they are only for questioning. If you do not drink or smoke they will treat you like hell, harass you. So if you are non drinker or smoker then never ever join this company. Very poor environment. Rethink before joining.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Not Satisfied with my current job role. Seeking Advice for a career switch to finance.
Hello, I have been working in a paint company for the last 2 years but am not satisfied with the work profile and responsibilities. I'm planning for a career switch in the next 1 year to finance with zero financial knowledge and background. I heard it is high paying and job security is good. Can anyone please suggest the paths to me. I just have an idea how to go for it. I'm sharing here. Since I am 26, I don't wanna take any risk, atleast any calculated risk further. *FMVA *Python *Excel *Sql *PowerBI I need help here.
