The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

Dislikes

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive. Company also doesn’t believe in economics and has a habit of setting promise numbers much higher than the growth rate of the Building and chemical industry which unnecessarily puts a lot of pressure on the sales team.

There’s alot of perks and the salary is good Work is actually good. But get’s pretty hectic The job is very respectful and the work is actually good for personal growth.

Dislikes

Requires 24*7 involvement even on weekends They’re very vague with management trainees hired through MBA colleges. No clear process of getting MTs posted for their designated roles. Over hiring results in people being left behind every year who they do not confirm and stall even after 1 year of not assigning the actual job role and use reviews as an excuse to justify that The reviews are very extensive and are purely based on how much information you can cram with no defined KPI’s to measure your performance. After confirmation, there is zero work life balance

...you will be able to take innovative decision with prior approval from hierarchy. Every year there is fixed salary growth and bonus. Salary will always on time and apart from salary good travelling and hotel allowance on tour. Work culture is target and data driven. It is working on preset model of process.

Dislikes

Work load is everywhere and you will find hard to get time for personal life. It is managers company and decision of managers are full and final without discussion. Work from home is meant to workevery time. Health insurance is lower side and Growth other than sales function are slow. Work enviroment is stressful every day

Work culture is declining in the organisation. Work timings getting extended from 10 to 15-16 hrs a day, seven days. Though people development is one of the pillars of the organisation but not actually practiced. If you are not from top B school, get ready for exploitation. Rankers are not moved up the hierarchy & being exploited day in day out. HR can’t help much as it is a very much Sales dominated organisation where HR exists only for conducting interviews & trainings. People dimension goals are just a shield mask to hide the deficiencies within. The legacy of the organisation is decaying & decaying very fast.
