It is a dealer of Asian paint which is situated Assam, dist.Sivasagar. It is a like a big shop you may called it is a hardware shop. I am a staff of the shop and I handling all type of purchase, sales billing. I am handling all type of accounting problem related of the dealer. Our owner is very helpful and all workers are very hard worker.

I don't like the working long time from 9am to 7-30 pm. Because salary amount is small

The working pressure is so high and I m working on 3rd party pay roll there is no security for job that after particular time I m working on company lay roll . 3rd party not giving such service and company also

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

First of all company never value there employees. We work 16hours per day till 12PM everyday. Daily target and manager forced for dump material to achieve target anyhow. And manager also blackmail to the candidates. No one happy with this company even dealer also disappointed with company.

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
