There’s alot of perks and the salary is good Work is actually good. But get’s pretty hectic The job is very respectful and the work is actually good for personal growth.

Requires 24*7 involvement even on weekends They’re very vague with management trainees hired through MBA colleges. No clear process of getting MTs posted for their designated roles. Over hiring results in people being left behind every year who they do not confirm and stall even after 1 year of not assigning the actual job role and use reviews as an excuse to justify that The reviews are very extensive and are purely based on how much information you can cram with no defined KPI’s to measure your performance. After confirmation, there is zero work life balance

Work culture is extremely poor, Managers are not at all helpful, filled with politics in every department People who take part in extra curricular activities, promotions happen to them only
