It's a trap first they lure with heavy salary and later on they pressurize you for work without even providing training

It's hard to define firstly I am very thankful to get a chance to work in Asian Paints right after my master's. I have got a good team to work with and got to learn many things in this short period. In Asian paints the safety , innovation and thinking out the box ideas are given high preference. So it's a great platform to explore.

Dislikes

Coming to dislike here increment is salary is very low and they give a good package to start with no doubt about that but increment for existing employees should be high that is what I feel otherwise it feels like we are getting stuck at this point.

It's employee friendly company. Excellent training provided to the employees. Employees can enjoy balanced work life.

Dislikes

...n wise, yearly increment wise below the management level needs to be redefined. Huge salary gap between workers cadre and staff cadre disturbs the work flow in actual grounds.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind
