Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign

... imply power on every possible occasion. Support from hierarchy is next to zero. Disparity in work where one department works for 8 hours and the same salary is shared with the person who is working for literally 14 hours. Also expectations of managers is to work on leaves, week offs and public holidays.

Its the structure of project sales. There is no manpower backup in case of officers. If an officer goes for leave or at worst if any family member of the sales officer dies, the officer is expected to work. He is expected to work 24*7*365 days. More over it is the politics or the influencial lobby that prevails in the organisation, which makes it a bad place to work. The objective of the organisation to work online through out the verticles without proper infrastructure is hampering the motivation of the lower ranked employees. The line function is expected to be agile with a lethargic staff function. And the promotion of the people without him/her being ready for the role that he/she is going to be handling. A manager is more expected for developmental and directional abilities rather than only transanctional qualities. This is obviously lacking in some of managers resulting in lower motivation levels in his team.

I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

Dislikes

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees
