The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Top management is very good Salary on time Mumbai team and employees are very friendly and supportive. My reporting manager was also very nice person, I was lucky to have them at introductory phase of my career. They given me space to learn keeping in mind that it was my very first job.

Dislikes

Some seniors calls you even on holidays to discuss work that's something I didn't liked, My base location was Ahmedabad where some local employees are not supportive as expected but support and response was very good from Mumbai team. If you handle local employees effectively then there's no issues from any elsewhere.

Good salary compared to industry standards, IT infra support is good. The team members are well trained for respective jobs.

Dislikes

No personal life, no work life balance, expected to work for atleast 12 hrs in a day and on weekends and holidays as well.Too much work pressure to the extent that you are left with no peace of mind

Non sense policies of pay grade after promotion. No one works for development of the market. Multiple verticals in Sales team, No integration, no use. Company started accepting fake things.
