I recently dined at Asian paint and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. I can’t recommend Asian paint enough for a fantastic dining experience.”

Salary is not as per market standards. Promotions are up to your boss not on your capabilities, skills and performance. Work life balance is not there you have to be available 24X7 Late seating culture in company. No matter how long does you stay in night if you are late than five minutes in morning you have to mark your leaves

Only Pay scale is good not excellent. Competitors also much better offer then Asian Paints

Work culture is not good. Management think like they are rulers. Work life balance is nothing. Specially in Bath Division (Bathsesne)

...ystems to achieve quality results. Peer group is extremely talented and logical. Salary is above standard industry norms.

Entire HR team is a waste of space and money. Most of the HR administration processes are outsourced to external vendors and all other segment of HR perform their duties mechanically. There is no term as HR best practices and Employee Welfare. Culture has drastically degraded since last few years. Most of the projects are top driven with the working philosophy of the project being forced upon by external "Performance Enhancement" Vendor. Commonized Methodology has taken precedence over Individuality in working styles. Entire middle management is facing dilemma of whether to focus on Individual Leadership style or follow puppetry orders from the top hierarchy.

Management is transparent, company policies are good, good salary but working hours so long til midnight but in all things will make you a brave that you will not be defeated anywhere.

Dislikes

No social/personal life due to work pressures and unscheduled timing.

I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

Dislikes

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees
