I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees
