Work Culture & environment, lot of peak in month, month end peak timing. Had to work till 12 in night, lot of Pressure, Targets, Reporting to different managers, no prior training to freshers

Top management is very good Salary on time Mumbai team and employees are very friendly and supportive. My reporting manager was also very nice person, I was lucky to have them at introductory phase of my career. They given me space to learn keeping in mind that it was my very first job.

Dislikes

Some seniors calls you even on holidays to discuss work that's something I didn't liked, My base location was Ahmedabad where some local employees are not supportive as expected but support and response was very good from Mumbai team. If you handle local employees effectively then there's no issues from any elsewhere.

It's a fantastic company to work with. Brand which everyone knows. Compensation is the best as compared to other big companies. Job security is there. Best in class products.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Growth in Asian paints is very slow. From a sales office if want to become a senior sales officer than it take almost 5-6 years. Otherwise a fantastic company to work with.

...rk Life Balance. Only good for Entry Level Job for Normal B-School candidates. So much difference in Posts and Pay-Scales as per B-Schools even if candidates are totally dumb..

I get knowledge of toxic work culture , and how this culture is working. Asian paints have money power so they give good well fare facilities and salary but literally work culture is very bad. I also like one thing regarding Asian paints (naam bade kaam chote)

Dislikes

One of the worst culture i have ever seen do not join this company until discussion with people which are working at that location. Favouritism is at peak in promotions, all managers cadre people are also not happy but Because of their cadre they do not say these things openly they only say good lines regarding company. Management is gulam of union, all the management knows that union people do not work seriously but they do not say anythings to unioninse people and all the work load comes to company employees
