...work environment with speedy work will allow you to assess your best capability. Salary is a bit issue. But the best part is the computer systems. Computers work very efficiently which allow you to concentrate properly. Not only that, the contact with reporters, writing story from the scratch makes you reliable, responsible and self reliant of your own work. Although, I didn't spend time much but I never wanted to leave early. Moreover, intresting part is the presence of copy editors. A sub editor not only writes a copy but it also get it checked by the copy editors and sometimes by senior editor. Finally, when your copy gets a final yes from every department then it gets published. Indeed it is time taking but it gives you a assurety at the end of the day that your copy is error free. The training period might require you to do little bit of overtime but once you'll get the grip of writing a story quickly, it really becomes easy to work efficiently. Job security Yes, definitely, there is a job security but you have to be dilligent enough to repay that job security benefit with discipline. Not only that, a job also requires you to concentrate only on work rather than gossips. Because it's said in the office that people do a lot of work politics but it's better to mind your own business that is stories. More you'll work with good intention and good writing grammatically free more you'll be liked by your seniors. I didn't find any favouritism, as frankly speaking people at desk have hardly any time to talk about other people. Yes, they do discuss the pattern of writing of every new employee but again it's a work place with different work culture, so you're supposed to adapt and adopt new ways and m thods of working. Work life balance It completely depends on your style of working. If you are Balanced in your mind then your work naturally gets balanced which needs no extra efforts.

Dislikes

There was nothing disliking about the organisation. It's just one needs to learn the skills initially. Yes, people do complain that seniors are bit impatient in understanding their language because everyone has different style of writing. But again news has a common style of writing Therefore, my experience was good but it depends completely on you and your way of understanding the work culture.

Learned tv production. ANI is like a news factory. People join and leaving after learning because there is no growth in terms of salary and position.

Young crowd. Optimistic. Red carpet while joining.

Dislikes

I don't like the way employees were treated. I saw the cleaning staff sitting on stairs and they literally don't have a place to sit. Messages on WhatsApp by seniors were so nasty and condescending. Watch out! The management is petty, they haven't given me the last month which they owe me. I think that was pretty low, low by all standards.
