...As being a small unit standards are not as per the other accredited hospitals. Pay is moderate.in comparison with the other superspeciality hospitals. But policies of security deposit are good. Need a good level of upgradation in coming years.

Teammates were helping but all RMO were BAMS.

Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Appraisals are poor and not hike salary and no bonus every year.

The colleagues were very good. And other department colleagues did also support.

Dislikes

Like other work places there was work pressure which I could handle. But even after doing over time, I never got any compensation for it. There used to be problems related to week off too. Other wise it was good.

The company.is o innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am part of this conpany.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is high.and salary is very low.

I worked during Corona Pandemic too, Their Management got changed and told us to Resign from work. And also Didn’t paid us for last 4 Months salary. It means they made us work for free During Pandemic.
