first I would like to praise management who listens to everyone and tries to resolve the problem. Company policies are quite favourable to employees, once u join the institute u feel quite homely and never wanted to leave it at any cost. Here employee grows continuously , his or her knowledge expands and most importantly we get utmost mental piece. We work here without any mental pressure because administration is employee friendly. Our hospital entrepreneurial culture motivate all employees to play an integral role in company's growth.

There is a lot of politics nd dosen't adress our issues. Too mcg parsilty in increment nd post. I'm workinh since sep 2016 bt no groth i do my best no pt side complains very punctual no absens till date always respct siniors bt no obserbation..

Nothing.. They are least responsible about their staff and doctors specially in covid19...

Their is nothing in the name of management.. No one is going to listen or address your queries.. You work at your own risk...

Working anywhere it`s a team work,team spirit,need support all the time superiors and required sources to fulfill all requirement as per customer.
