Dislikes

Everything. Poor salary and work is too much. And company like a hotel there are couple can do everything and Head of account and HR support them. These couples are making company environment is so dirty.

Not a good company to work with... mismanagement can clearly be experienced at each point..no incentives...no appraisal...I did never have good experience with the form in terms of wages and benefits..

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
