We will learn lot of new things and it is an OEM...we have to complete that Designed product till manufacturing which will be a great practical experience..collegues are so nice but they were change frequently 😂....there is no work pressure until or unless you and your team have work..

Hostel facility for everyone which is really good. Product is interesting. Good office setup. They have so many resources in terms of machinery and stuff. You can take naps in between, there is a dedicated room for power naps. Many people learn driving 4 wheelers after coming there, which isn't a good practice technically coz due to their learning stints most of the company owned vehicles are in bad condition. If you're able to make good relation with your Lead/Manager/Management then it's all sorted, you can come late and leave early, you can take long leaves, you can use company vehicles for private use, you can get your furniture made by company resources, and a lot more benefits all free of cost. If your work is going good, then literally nobody will disturb you.

...ving on snail's pace, everyone is running behind their own personal interests. Never gets salary on time. Better to join for those who have good passion in automobiles with no future plans and enough financial support apart from the salary. Also be ready to work for 16-20 hrs per day at sometimes. No HR policy. One can't say NO to anything, you have to say YES to whatever foolishness your Lead/Manager/Management says. Even if you have expertise in the problem statement. They will start many projects with continuous reviews in the initial stage and later stops working on it without any proper justification. Nobody is bothered about the resources being wasted on a day to day basis. For ex. Some lamps in and around main facility is always on even during daytime also. Inexperienced Leads/Managers who have no practical knowledge on domains or atleast basic automobile technologies. No plans on team building, employee welfare and engagement. Leads/Managers are busy to get into the BODs list somehow. People work here to show off their Lead/Manager/Management not with their own passion or for real product development.

...hreathing you to put your papers and then work for 3 months on notice period. No time of salary relases. 20 day late salary cycle works and depends on mangment mood to hold your slalary for month even. Gross !!! Even if you perform well which is never done by anyone they will tell you are a disappointment and not creating any value to company. Quite dissrespectfull and demotivating. Unnessariliy made you sign papers and blackmail you if you dont sign by saying will not give you salary , will not releive you and put court cases and all. Partial atmosphere. Bunch of people do their monopoly, mould organisational rules according to their benifits and haress employees. No power of decission making in mangment , every morning they forgots what they decide yesterday and then lie to employee that we didnt meant that , and then ask proof , what proof you have. And even if you ask them to sign the decission taken they deny for a proof. No employe security , no actions taken if any thing life threating also happens. Even you complain to CEO or top mangment they will laugh and say its normal and dont take any actions. Pitty. No concept of reporting managers , any mangment personal comes ( among thoose 7 idiots) and starts taking your class without knowing anything about your works. First company ever saw where mangment is asking employee , every single day what is your scope of work instead of assigning work. Quite unprofessional. No fexibility of times if they say so. These people are not of their words so dont get fooled about it. So honestly nothing good to say.

I request to every reader , feel free to reach out to me in comment section, i will share you all proofs, recordings , time and attendance , undertable salary data , tourtures and then you can decide to join the company or not. Best of luck . Not a single word is made up here , dont get fooled around. Feel free to contact me over thus post for any proofs or converstaions. I dont want anyone other to face what i have faced.

Working time is long, it is common for mechanical engineering. They will hold your salary and ask to come to morning 6 to work . There is no work life balance. No leave even on Sunday.

If you want to end your life badly go join and ruin your life.

Dislikes

They always hire people, because people don't last for more than 2-3 months. Low salary. No weekly off. No time for yourself. you have to work continuously for 30 days. If you don't, they will cut your salary. The workplace is remote. You will not find good food to eat. Mess management is poor. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Hostel rooms are small with 3 people sharing 1 small room. Wifi of hostel is mostly not working (Note: u will not get to use wifi, as u will always be in company .. working ). Your PF will be cut from your salary, but they will not give you PF. Working hours 15-16 daily. Senior management is the worst. Its like Hitler giving orders, And you have to follow them otherwise they will constantly threaten to cut your salary. If you vale your life, I recommend you not to join. or if u have joined then start searching for good jobs. Life is hell here.
