Hostel facility for everyone which is really good. Product is interesting. Good office setup. They have so many resources in terms of machinery and stuff. You can take naps in between, there is a dedicated room for power naps. Many people learn driving 4 wheelers after coming there, which isn't a good practice technically coz due totheir learning stints most of the company owned vehicles are in bad condition. If you're able to make good relation with your Lead/Manager/Management then it's all sorted, you can come late and leave early, you can take long leaves, you can use company vehicles for private use, you can get your furniture made by company resources, and a lot more benefits all free of cost. Location is kind of deserted. Long working hours. You will be forced to do housekeeping and compound cleaning work also sometimes in the name of 5S. The works on product is moving on snail's pace, everyone is running behind their own personal interests. Never gets salary on time. Better to join for those who have good passion in automobiles with no future plans and enough financial support apart from the salary. Also be ready to work for 16-20 hrs per day at sometimes. No HR policy. One can't say NO to anything, you have to say YES to whatever foolishness your Lead/Manager/Management says. Even if you have expertise in the problem statement. They will start many projects with continuous reviews in the initial stage and later stops working on it without any proper justification. Nobody is bothered about the resources being wasted on a day to day basis. For ex. Some lamps in and around main facility is always on even during daytime also. Inexperienced Leads/Managers who have no practical knowledge on domains or atleast basic automobile technologies. No plans on team building, employee welfare and engagement. Honestly , kind of work is good but opportunities are not . Managment interferance is pathetic. No power to take dicessions even you are expert in your field. Irrelivant suggestions will be given by mangment who even dont know anything about that field in which you are working and expert of. Change of goals in every minuite and only blame game on employees by mangemnet due to their inefficiencies. They will tourture you with every failure by threathing you to put your papers and then work for 3 months on notice period. No time of salary relases. 20 day late salary cycle works and depends on mangment mood to hold your slalary for month even. Gross !!! Even if you perform well which is never done by anyone they will tell you are a disappointment and not creating any value to company. Quite dissrespectfull and demotivating. Unnessariliy made you sign papers and blackmail you if you dont sign by saying will not give you salary , will not releive you and put court cases and all. Partial atmosphere. Bunch of people do their monopoly, mould organisational rules according to their benifits and haress employees. No power of decission making in mangment , every morning they forgots what they decide yesterday and then lie to employee that we didnt meant that , and then ask proof , what proof you have. And even if you ask them to sign the decission taken they deny for a proof. No employe security , no actions taken if any thing life threating also happens. Even you complain to CEO or top mangment they will laugh and say its normal and dont take any actions. Pitty. No concept of reporting managers , any mangment personal comes ( among thoose 7 idiots) and starts taking your class without knowing anything about your works. Wrong question in my prespect. Nothing good in this company. Owner is a pupet , dont think wisely , lot of cheating is done with him by mangment by making him fool around and who ever tries to raise voice they throw them out , or put their salaries on hold inspite of worming so hard. All bunch of thoose seven people , "SO CALLED BOARD OF DIRECTORS" , thinks that what they doing is only the work rest all work is worthless. They made employe labours here , litrally vleaning rooms , gardens even washrooms . Cheaters !! Inhumman!! and Arrogants!! They have made their reputaion so bad that they have to change company name now , just do a good research you will get to know. These people takes employee works credit and then tell employee only you did nothing on their face. Highly diplomatic and shamefull. If you came out to be loud and whistle blower then they threaten you to through you from window of office, will push you down to stairs , such kind of people . " I share you my experiance , two people pushed me in a gutter filled with slug in midnight back to home from office , and when i complained to top mangment , ceo laughed at my face and said it happens here , dont bother just work , such kind of dirty politics and missuse of power is done . And then they never forwards your issues further so owner and people dont even knew about such things these seven people are doing. " On name of accomodation they tourture people by saying , we own these rooms you get out and pitty fights ehenever they are in mood , and top mangment blindly supports this , qnd will only tell you to change rooms and all. They never replies on email , unprofessionals!! They work all communications on whatsup groups , even attendance , pathetic. No leave system , you will not be given any pl or cl or any leave, all against employment acts but still continuing. HR of company has no powers , no human resourse communication. They dont forwards any issues or qurries forward and if even they do these seven people shut them up like hell. They cheat , they said food accomodations is like that like that but nothing . All are lies . Food is very difficult to get , after 8 all market is closed and these people make you work till 12 and then tourture also. Working time is long, it is common for mechanical engineering. They will hold your salary and ask to come to morning 6 to work . There is no work life balance. No leave even on Sunday.
