Opportunities & hand holding to made me become leader, confident and motivated to work in any given situation. Also, my salary increments are quite good as compared to other industry. Hostel facility is good and clean.

Working hours are sometimes 10-11 hours. Sometimes pressure becomes high from management, not all the time.

1. Working hours are about 15-16 hours and NO WEEKLY OFF. 2. If you're a GET, you will get around 8k-12k per month after this you'll have to pay 2.5k for PF and around 2k for mess every month. After all this you will be left with 5-6k only. 3. If you're a engineer, you will get around 12k-20k depending on your experience. 4. You will get a free accommodation but it's a hostel with very small rooms and 3 people will be sharing a single room. 5. You will have to walk 10-12 km daily. 6. There is a lot of politics and the management is poor. 7. There is no career growth. 8. No job security, insurance. 9. No cafeteria, no team outings.
