I have been there for more than 6 years. Team culture is good in some teams. Your senior do want you to be successful and will mentor you throughout the job term.

Dislikes

There is politics in some departments. Especially on Campus. Initially, they were offering good salaries to employees but now they don't pay you well.

Likes

The University is open to innovation but the staff seems a bit stuck and attached to old ways of doing things and older technology.

Dislikes

Decent Compensation and work environment. Work was hectic at times. No Job training for freshers. Overall an OK work experience.

Work life balance.

Dislikes

Scope of appraisal and promotion is minimum unless you are a bootlicker. New HR policies are in the way to be introduced to minimize the scope of 'liberty of workplace' for the non-teaching personnel and treating them as '2nd class citizen' (this attitude was not there previously).
