There is politics in some departments. Especially on Campus. Initially, they were offering good salaries to employees but now they don't pay you well.

No Skill and Development / Learning No transparency in the promotions / appraisal The boss will always make you feel that you are working with a very well balanced organisation, great people and you are highly paid

The University is open to innovation but the staff seems a bit stuck and attached to old ways of doing things and older technology.

Decent Compensation and work environment. Work was hectic at times. No Job training for freshers. Overall an OK work experience.

Scope of appraisal and promotion is minimum unless you are a bootlicker. New HR policies are in the way to be introduced to minimize the scope of 'liberty of workplace' for the non-teaching personnel and treating them as '2nd class citizen' (this attitude was not there previously).
