The employee who have access to top level have high salary in this company,whether it works well of not. And you work well or very hard and if do not have access to the head office, you can't get a good salary.

Salary disbursement on time. Food quality of canteen was awesome. Arrangement of Function like annual day, family day and many more. Gym facility provided by company

As doing project in various states our HR team is assign the Special task like one of Handling Salary, One of Handling Training as same for Compliance,Recruitment so as a core we not having for sure chance to learn.

Politics is everywhere, but here it is at its most extreme. The upper class doesn't listen to anything. Everyone is stealing like crazy and sinking the company. The company should definitely look into this.

...an learn a lot about construction and civil engineering in general on site. 2. On time salary. 3. Food Accomodation provided by the company.

Dislikes

1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.
