Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company. 1. Hr have lot of hidden policy after joining you will know. 2. salary offered will be varies with salary receiving. they will deduct pf both employer side in your and several deduction not mentioning in offer letter. 3. Lots of issue having peny related will not be solved on time.

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

Salary on time. Every month salary will come 1 to 5. Company's top management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Building division site management is very very poor. No seriousness with company's brand and value. Staff facilities is very poor.
