Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

The company should just have money. What is going on from project to project and what should happen in what manner. What should be the environment of the company? How well should the employees go? No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company. 1. Hr have lot of hidden policy after joining you will know. 2. salary offered will be varies with salary receiving. they will deduct pf both employer side in your and several deduction not mentioning in offer letter. 3. Lots of issue having peny related will not be solved on time.

Politics is everywhere, but here it is at its most extreme. The upper class doesn't listen to anything. Everyone is stealing like crazy and sinking the company. The company should definitely look into this.

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.
