I known to many of the employee who know nothing but get good salary & promotion due to only one thing as i asked previously. Early action is missing in company. company looks very nice from outside but working as private firm from inside.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

In working time it's good team , who work leading at target time finishing work and all member of staff are good and helf full.

At site joining staff not provide joining letter and salary slip and leave . When work finished then, He told next the u see another work
