According to my 4 year work experience Ashoka Buildcon Limited is a very bad company. Ashoka Buildcon Limited only profit oriented company it is not employee oriented company. After finished the project Ashoka Buildcon Limited terminate all the employees from the project. There are no job security only just use as a labour.

Salary is very decent. Career growth is very slow. Working atmosphere is just like as a labour. Fooding facility is very bad. Accommodation provided by the company is very bad.
