Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

...chievement of my career. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

Every best company needs a good employee, every best employee also needs a good company. I will not write anything more then this.

Ashoka Buildcon limited working system is excellent. Salary is received on time. Promotion/appraisal is satisfactory. Good opportunity for learning and skill development. HO is supported when need.

Work culture is fine and Team mates are supportive, appraisal are biased and they give flat salary hike and bonus payments with flat increment.

...ressurising individuals to achieve conclusion and push them to close the issues. Salary holding culture is there from higher management and slow career growth.

There is no job security when the work is not done they will hold the salary of the employees

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, no growth is there. The work pressure is very high, Sometimes I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as i have to complete the task it take late night also. Managers do not value thoughts and don't support at COVID 19 though times of this year. I do receive appreciation message from first client our site engineer and project in charges but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
