1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

Likes

Salary on time. Every month salary will come 1 to 5. Company's top management is very supportive.

Dislikes

Building division site management is very very poor. No seriousness with company's brand and value. Staff facilities is very poor.

1. Payment on time 2. 10% hike yearly 3. Exposure to interfere other's work 4. Need not to take ownership because everything controlled by proprietor 5. Management doesn't encourage productive or quality work. Because the definition is deferent in their dictionary. So you shall stay here long if you don't perform and buttering to the management.

1. Management treats employees like servent 2. Hr Policy is very poor 3. No other benefits except salary 4. Company try to save every penny but end up spending more due to lack of vision 5. Quality people doesn't stay here long time because of disrespect and mismanagement 6. No vision, policy, direction only saving from employee's travel ticket, food, stay etc.

Extreme bureaucracy in the system. Middle management think site managers are at their mercy and they can do what they like. Severe employee exploitation. No HR policy in place. If a concern is raised to HR they keep silence till they are in crosshairs.
