The work life balance was not at all there, even they do not pay you the salary on time and will remove from the job without any prior notice and will not pay anything for the notice period (which was mentioned in the contract that they will either pay for the notice period or will give prior notice), will never refer this company to any one ASHOK TEA COMPANY
