Ashok Leyland more teenage workers in contract act only... No company roll.... Then contract gives very low salary to contract workers......95%of work done by contract workers doing there...then etc....

There is enough freedom to express your thoughts. Higher or Top management are approachable Dress code is must only for production unit employees Conveyance is provided at minimal cost from various corners of the city All locations are accessible by public transport system also except founderies

... Chaos and confusions are common place and last mile delivery is so stressful. Salary policy is non existent. You can see lateral hires getting less than 10 lacs per annum CTC with more than 20 years of experience in domains other than finance or admin. But there are diploma holders with 4 or 5 years experience getting more than 10 lacs per annum . There is no equation suits the distribution.

The working culture is awesome and the learning is so so big. The managers are so kind to teach and they are friendly to freshers.

...s only dislike in this company. Direct permanent Onroll staff is very very rare. But freshers learning is very good don't look salary as a fresher just learn the core things

Very few lateral entries who still working for lower bucks

Compensation is very low for lateral entries. And growth also very narrow. Since it is a automotive type daily work pressure will be high to meet the customers and projects requirements. During appraisal my achievements are not appreciated and considered and each time my manager tells it was management driven project. Senior HR people always telling that Ashokleyland one of the highest payers in India, which is absolute fake statement. Mid management
