Flexible working hours means if you are late to office you will be double that time late back to home. Promotions are based on favouritism. If you are a lateral entry, you have to forget your qualification age and experience. Nobody cares,better you have to constantly look for outer opportunity.. ASM RSM ZSM all are sledging you every time, no family function no skill development program nothing and products are also pathetic so you will face much customer dissatisfaction as a incentive.
