The company is open for the implementation of innovative ideas & they recognize for the same. Company work environment is very good they treat employee as their assets, employee have freedom to implement their ideas which will be beneficial to the company. Great organisation to work. They have open platform for career growth like Emerging leaders.

Dislikes

Growth at plant level is very slow, For appraisal using bell curve for entire organisation & because of that max benefit goes to corporate employees rather then plan employee.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work in the organisation as i have look after Plant maintenance & MEP project execution. I have learnt lot during my entire tenure of 9.5 years.
