But in this poor job security as well as compensation and benefits are not satisfactory, salary and appraisal issue make work environment poor. Good work environment as well as satisfactory salary and compensation is necessary for good life and effective work. It also increase the productiv of employee.

Ashok Leyland more teenage workers in contract act only... No company roll.... Then contract gives very low salary to contract workers......95%of work done by contract workers doing there...then etc....
