1. product based company for a name sake. no one cares about work life meetings. 2. 2 hrs of stand up every day, unnecessary meetings lead to extended working hours - agile coach must educate these people. 3. manager centric and driven, employee feelings are not respected 5. 5 days wfo is very toxic - this is only for new joiners, company has double standards. this is very annoying and not even able to goto home. bachelors and unmarried people are suffering alot. 6. if u r a product based company, pls at least give good food. whats the benefit over joining such a company over MNC... 7. useless vending machines. 8. pantry area is very small and not even able to accommodate the people and why r u asking employees to come to office all day.

The company gives a big round of applause to employees who just put a show for HR and management and ill treats employees who genuinely care their work

Some enjoy all the perks like permanent remote work, good appraisal and hikes and promotions, while many are stuck coming to office everyday without a second thought -

company needs to improve alot. 1. poor management. delete the reviews in google and posting fake reviews there. 2. forced work from office even though there is flood and important fest going on. 3. laptops with poor configurations provided and expecting resources to work restlessly which makes no sense. 4. stressful environment. 5. management is very focused on favourites not everyone. 6. qa team has very poor knowledge and nobody questions. hiring is not up to the mark. 7. architects are not even equally knowledgeable to the freshmen. 8. tamil community - makes others lonely. no collaborative work environment for other language people 9. talents are not properly appreciated. 10. management to consider spend their money on evolving things which can help both employees and company business. 11. we are not doing any slavery for sure. mind that 12. extended work timing all day ( more than 12 hrs)
