Timely salary. Worker staff is co-operative.

Dislikes

Very high level of bad politics. Even some of the higher management staff are characterless. Very high level of groupism. Join this company only if you are jobless. Many of the departments have been closed and very soon entire company will be closed.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

I had work with this company for 13 years and have a very good experience. I got opportunity to learn Computer and had got special training in MS Office at the beginning in 1996. Had got experience with the the accounts professionals. As the project had just started at the time of my joining I got opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience in all the aspects of accounts with the professionals such as CA, CS & MBAs, Enginers etc. Although at the beginning we had to work for long time as the project was new, it became normal working hours after 2-3 years. The company had good appraisal system to evaluate the performance of the employees. The management was very good and co-operative. Almost every year the management was arranging entertainment programme in various clubs with family. Overall experience with the company was very Good.

Dislikes

...e continued for subsequent 3-4 years to sit 9-10 hrs even if there was no work. Very slow progress for low and middle level employees in terms of promotion and compensation. Proportionate management level staff were much more then low level staff and executives. Tussle at the management level staff was also a disadvantage.

Dislikes

You have to make so many follow-ups for completing the task,some teammates are always act like a boss & some are so lazy. Anyone can change data and not even inform you for that.I have to update reports again and again every month.so many mismatches in data management never involves in the way you work done,New joinee should at least need 15 days full training to understand process,software and environment and if company cannot provide the training company itself should not taken New joinee with probation or bond.

Company having no long term visions Prometers not ready to provide working capital for smoothly business Old policies not able to match pace with current market situation
