In the Company Teammates are very good and Always support you. Work Pressure is more as per Salary given other wise technology and learning vise best place.

Dislikes

I most dislike is the salary portion..There is no diwali bonus, not to appriciate employee on work hard...Increament was not one time.

Likes

I like break down repair of machines, in repetitive problem new thinking and implementation for permanent solution. And preventive maintenance points find out when machine was in production and then it's maintenance on plant shut down day. Automation updation in obsolete spares.

Dislikes

Poor career growth.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
