...operative. Management is quite suspicious means the hide so much from employees.they aren't give any hikes and bonus and other benefits also deducted from our salary.

There is lots of politics and management doesn't address our issue. Salary is also quite disappointing. Company new recruitment is all on contract basis.

...d be compensated by overall learning experience. Management is very transperant. Salary hike and bonus part is average. Covid 19 period is handled with care and employee friendly. No lay offs in this period. Only minimum salary been hold which will be refunded back once situation is improved. Overall very satisfactory experience and job security is 100%.

Nothing much . There is no cafeteria here, neither there is any place for it as building is old. No complain about work culture and environment, it's fabulous here.

Job security is there. Work culture is great. Management is also good. Opportunities to learn new thing. Work pressure is there but you will enjoy it.

Teammates are good and salary is high as per the expectation, but you will not receive an opportunity to grow over there, politics are played at a high level.

Fresher didn't receive a chance to learn more than the boundary given by the senior.

Company is good in terms giving you growth opportunities but that's also limited. They follow good culture within organisation.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. Slow decision making process. Higher Management is not sure about vision.
