HR behaviour on joining time because he is not properly provide salary structure in offer latter. When you are joining company and take appointment latter after 1 month, You Will be shocked when you seen your salary structure latter. So please properly deal with HR at interview time. 🙏

No skill development, no job satisfaction (only experience I have gathered is how to use “Jugaad” in everything), salary scale is horrible. Will treat you like a labor, pay cut on taking essential leaves. This company is only interested in events & social activities like games & stuff. It is a horrible feeling to go to work everyday as there is no work related activities & management is only interested in generating data & immediately drop the project claiming not sufficient budget for instruments procurement. PLEASE DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THE HR.
