No skill development, no job satisfaction (only experience I have gathered is how to use “Jugaad” in everything), salary scale is horrible. Will treat you like a labor, pay cut on taking essential leaves. This company is only interested in events & social activities like games & stuff. It is a horrible feeling to go to work everyday as there is no work related activities & management is only interested in generating data & immediately drop the project claiming not sufficient budget for instruments procurement. PLEASE DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THE HR.

On time salary, no extra cut from CTC, standard operations, fairly ok policies

No appreciation for work, management have no visibility about running projects and corruption is high, people have own favourites and they get all the facilities and perks, others are like pigs for your work

Low salaries. A bit rigid on exploring new avenues/business since already a big name in Clay minerals.

R&D head always reminded me of the mad king Mohammad Bin Tughlaq. Unnecessary shifting of lab instruments from here to there in regular basis for manpower engagement (i.e Mad King shifted his capital from Delhi to Daulatabad). Unnecessary switching of manpower from one to another department. Creative mind of dust free R&D lab set up. Taking party from new joiners, so more new joiner means more party and fun.

Dislikes

Very poor behavior with resigned employee. You will have to pay out notice period time after resignation. They will accept the amount by cheque shamelessly. But you will not get mediclaim even after having accident during serving notice period.
