Ashapura is a mining company working since 25 years. The most positive point to work here is peaceful environment & the salary is credited on 1st. You felt like you are working in govt. dept. Pick up drop facilities provided.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...d be compensated by overall learning experience. Management is very transperant. Salary hike and bonus part is average. Covid 19 period is handled with care and employee friendly. No lay offs in this period. Only minimum salary been hold which will be refunded back once situation is improved. Overall very satisfactory experience and job security is 100%.
