There is single person ownership here. No matter what position you hold, you will have to distribute coupons on roadside. No hierarchy follow here. brain has no value here. Some centers are good not all Your job depends on your CEO's mood. Some HR are very Co operative but their head is without brain (Gautam Saha) They are doing well only in North side, don't join anywhere else. Like Pune, Mumbai, Nasik, Aurangabad, Over al we can say In MAHARASHTRA.

There is A person Kapil Sharma, who always threatened that he is the good link even relative of Dr Shilpy , So everyone follow there order neither he would have power to fire , even whatever position you got from the management. Very unsupportive management it's true that everyone follow their rule from higher hr to Senior Doctor. All in favour of that person, Never join.

Everyone is like boss. Doctors, owner, salary department, HR department, centre head, marketing manager. Everyone. Nobody talk about the hurdle which face the marketing executive. Everyone talk about results at any cost

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and Growth is Excellent. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10- 16 hours straight in a day.
