...in day-to-day tasks. Peaceful environment, enjoying working here for the last 2.5 years, the company has always recognized efforts and hard work, and management is very supportive, the pay scale is okay, but it's a very jobsecure place to work in. Honestly, this is one of those companies where you wanna get retire from.

Work from home. It's stopped now

Dislikes

All QA team worked over weekends from may2023 - July 2023. To take week off also, permission was required but was never granted. Toxic boss No overtime paid for the extra hours

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
