The employees are friendly but the management is absolutely not worthy of being in a start up. They do not have any idea of how to manage a business.

Dislikes

The senior management is just minting money from the company. They do not have any knowledge of e-commerce and how to run a business. Few of the senior management employees does not want the company to grow because they have inferiority complex of loosing their position.

Horrible Head-HR manager.He participate in product development with having experience in BPO call centre.I dont know who has given his this role.CXO has no knowledge on product development, he is not educated enough(I dont know who has recruited him).CXO cant provide product roadmap and strategy.What is more painful that is CXO maintains a goody goody relationship with head-hr and trying to be at top of the hyrarchy of the company that has no product at all.CTO is trying to use lot of technologies and failing.nobody knows(from TOP)what they want to build and why they build.never ever join this company.

Dislikes

Management is pathetic, they don't even know what KRAs to give and what is the incentive structure or anything. Internal communication is broken. The CEO is a piece of work , worst management do not even think of joining this organization.

If you want to start your career from kolkata but not getting selected in any structured IT company. This is the option for you.

Dislikes

Product manager and CTO have no clear vission what they are actually trying to build. No body is bothering Business and target audience. Several technology is used for nothing.
