Healthy respect for all faculty, work culture is driven by support to all students. As a teacher, it is very fulfilling as every student has to be given attention. Very rewarding though, when students achieve so much and parents are so grateful.

Dislikes

Work does get a little hectic, but no unnecessary stress or politics. Very fair to all. Extremely good infrastructure and support by management. Good salaries and always paid on time.

Management needs improvement in terms of quality and efficiency, work ethics needs to be followed, favouritism has to be reduced, preferential treatment should not be given to some faculties, involvement in worthless activities has to be reduced and most importantly hard working persons has to be recognised and rewarded accordingly.
